• 考虑到有人可能会看不懂……下面是我摘录的一条原文下的评论：

  The worst is... this loophole actually exists in the French laws. And an heavy fine, even some jail time if deliberate ill will is proved, for the false father (since declaration of paternity for a birth certificate is an sworn statement).
  So not exactly the same but still... I was shocked when I learnt about it.

  大概意思就是说法国的法律中也有类似的漏洞，只要是别人第一个来或者是孩子的出生证明上没有父母的名字，别人就可以将其记录为孩子的父亲，不过那需要大量的流程和测试之类的，所以现实生活中还是没有那么夸张。
