附上一天的典型食谱,写给同事的,公司机器不支持中文邮件,写了后也懒得翻译过来了: 1) Breakfirst: 1 cup fat free milk , 1 or 2 pieces of wholewheat bread, 2 teaspoon low fat cottage cheese or light tuna or peanut cream 2) Lunch: 2/3 Large illy Salad (near by the rear of our building), take away the rest 3) Tea Time: Have an apple or any fruit if you feel hungry 4) Dinner:1/3 Large illy Salad (the rest of lunch) at around 7:00 5) Eat 1 piece whole oat Biscuit(Very low kcal, but I forget the brand) before 22:00 if you feel hungry 6) Drink at least 6 glasses of water one day 7) Take more exercise
