  • I believe the days are gone; the days when we are innocent and guilty. Now we are guilty, or we are innocent. Maybe everyone, her included, is guilty, but I know I am. A guilty me with innocent days bounded. A handsome guy can read Shakespeare softly. I was softly touched while guilty. And I know that. My fault and my new sin.
I should have sent at least a letter to Prof. Tang. I mean, at least an e-mail. He is right. He must be right. We should read Dante. Dante is right. About the hell, if that’s the right name. He is right. We humans deserve it. I deserve the most rigid, most unremitting wind that forever flows through Helen’s soul. The thing is, I know, I deserve more than that.
The girl talking too much complaint knows little of religion. For her, that can be the worst. Humans believe in no religion. Humans are religion.
