I have the same feeling with you, the writer had set up 古 be 心月's boyfriend but now add one more person between them, I don't very like that.心月 doesn't want to ask feng to help her much, because she can not be give him anything. I don't think both of them worry a lot. Although 心月 knew 瑶 would be hurt and doesn't tell 古, but how can she tell him what will be happen later and she came back late. the only thing she can do is ask doctor to save 瑶. Also 古 won't be angry about that. It is because the accident was not cause by her and he love her. And there have one thing I don't like is that her brother trying to break apart them. Although he is 心月's brother, but he doesn't have anything right to make 心月 to love other people. 心月 has her right to do anything she want, and he only can give her suggestions.

当年都表白过啦，爷爷也把古的心意转达给了心月。
古不知道心月知不知道他得心意，担心心月这么多年之后不再喜欢他是正常的。
但是心月明明就是得到了心爱男人回应的女孩啊，回来之后却偏偏搞的像个暗恋无果一样。
作为知道剧情的人，古是个专一的人，心月不该患得患失觉得古变心，在那里闹变扭。
显得整个剧情很弱智哎！

月月想要解释一下哦，十年前心月得到的只有一句“我等你回来”，无论是过去还是现在，古都没有亲口说“喜欢她”，加上他的态度，让心月没办法确定他的是不是真的喜欢她，有哪个女孩户希望听到自己喜欢的人跟自己说喜欢呢，还有心月她也知道古是个专一的人，可她想要确定那人是不是她
