接下来的日子里，天气都不大好。一片片黑压压的云压在头顶上，北风也呼呼刮着，让人觉得连心情都不由变得沉闷起来。
南宫无双他们出了蕲州城，改往西边行去，那是去北冥府的路。到底是常年受到战乱侵袭，一条长长的路上，却几乎看不到什么商家，少少几个城镇也都透着一股衰败的气息。
这样的环境下，衣食住行自然不可能和前些日子相比，和在齐国家中就更别提了。赤涟自己倒没什么感觉，小如却整天叫嚣着“小姐，你又瘦了。”
躺在车厢里边的日子异常无聊，偶尔她会借着午睡的时候小小YY下霍炎红着一张俊脸，躺在身底下，叫着“我要，给我”的样子，然后自己抱着枕头来回滚动，最后恶寒地醒来；或者搬出琵琶，谈上几曲解解闷，不过在两位马夫都因为琵琶声失神而几次把车赶到坑里，直接影响到了整队人的行进速度后，赤涟就只能忍痛放弃了自己的爱好。
“小姐……”
放下手里的医书，无奈地转过脸对上一旁小如闪着希冀目光的大眼睛，用手戳了戳那光洁的额头：“说吧，你想要我唱什么？”
“就是那天晚上小姐回到客栈哼的那首不知名的曲子，小如想学。”红着脸，小手不停搅动着下衣摆，她小声地说道。
瞧见她这般模样，赤涟不禁有点儿更加无奈的感觉，她这到底是从哪里学来的一副男儿家的样子，竟然还会害羞。
客栈？
赤涟想了好些时候，才记起来，她说的应该是那天在花坊自己初次见到霍炎的那个晚上。那天晚上不知道为什么，想着他，脑海里就冒出了这首歌。

一个个音符由赤涟嫣红的小口逸出，轻灵的声音飘散在整个车厢中，原本靠在角落闭目养神的南宫无双此时也睁开了眼睛，惊讶地看向赤涟。
“这是什么曲子？”
摇摇头，小如表示不知道，“小姐经常唱些不知名的曲子，说是书上看来的。”
一首歌唱完，配合着车厢内剧烈的鼓掌声，马车也是一阵剧烈摇晃。
显然在赤涟的歌声下，马车又一次华丽地冲进了大坑里，唯一算得上幸运的是，因为她的声音并不大，所以在后边的另外一辆马车没有受到波及。
于是那接下来直到到达北冥府，赤涟除了被禁止弹琴之外，还被禁止了唱歌，而小如一脸崇拜外加渴望的眼神也伴随了她一路。
