　　As we can see in the picture, four men are taking part in a boat race as a team. But only three of them are working hard together to row the boat. The one sitting in the back of the boat is holding a fishing net, trying to catch a fish.
　　This picture reminds me of the importance of teamwork. In modern society it’s nearly impossible for anyone to complete a task only by oneself. We need to work together as a team to reach a goal. If each team member devotes himself to the race, the team will surely win. However, if there’s a member who doesn’t work together with the others like the man who is holding the fishing net, the team may lose the race.
