　　- check con.c by nanodrop
　　- loading 3ug gDNA

　　Discussion: nanodrop con.c not match to gel running results ( it is not a big problem)

　　2. 6,7,8 gDNA prep
　　- nanodrop con.c is little low 200 ~ 400ng/ul

　　Discussion: it is hard to load 3ug gDNA to check integrity

　　# 7.8 very hard to 3ug, try to load 1ug 2 ug

　　PCR:
　　Dilution all samples to 50ng/ul by TDW.
　　Normally gDNA con.c should be ~ 1 ug/ul.
　　If con.c is too low, directly use original gDNA

　　95 1min , 55 1min, 72 min x 26 cycle

　　Template : 100ng , actual 150ng

　　# 6.7.8 do gDNA prep again
